At Bow and Tails, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • Eligibility:
    Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact our customer service team at bowandtails@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized or custom items (unless faulty or damaged)

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Specify the replacement item, and we’ll ship it to you upon receipt of the returned product. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Issues

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for certain products, such as pet beds or chew toys, unless they are faulty.
